Jack’s opens 19th Georgia based location in Eastman

Newest location one of only 10 in Southeast to feature brand’s Digital 2.0 design

EASTMAN, GA (May 30, 2023) — The Eastman location of Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s), opened today, May 30, at 5:00 a.m. This location marks the 19th in the state of Georgia for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) network, which is headquartered in Birmingham and boasts more than 230 locations across Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi.

The newest Jack’s location on 5011 4^th Ave incorporates the brand’s new Digital 2.0 design, allowing for quicker guest service through its double drive-thru and more convenience through its curbside pickup feature.

“Jack’s is back in Georgia — and with our quickest service to date,” said Jack’s Family Restaurants CEO Todd Bartmess. “Our new online ordering capabilities are sure to be a customer favorite, and we encourage the Eastman community to come out today and experience their new local Jack’s for themselves.”

In addition to quicker services, the new location in Eastman also features the new Jack’s Southern Charm architecture design. Introduced in 2022, this design includes a large dining room for dine-in guests, a large interior window for customers to watch their biscuits being made from scratch and sizeable porch seating areas outside.

To celebrate the newest Jack’s opening, the Jack’s app will house exclusive online giveaways, prizes and promotions for the next 12 weeks.
