Jack’s and WTVC Partner to Support the Forgotten Child Fund Through Coats for Kids and Round-Up Donations
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (Nov. 26, 2024) – Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s) is teaming up with WTVC to support the Forgotten Child Fund in a community-wide drive for coats. From Nov. 21 to Dec. 5, guests can bring gently loved coats to 11 participating Jack’s locations across the Chattanooga area. Additionally, Jack’s will launch a “round-up” campaign, giving guests the option to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar. All proceeds from the campaign will go directly to the Forgotten Child Fund, providing essentials and joy throughout the community this holiday season.
The Forgotten Child Fund, a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit, shares Jack’s dedication to supporting local communities. Operated by Chattanooga firefighters, Hamilton County EMS and other volunteers, the fund ensures no child is forgotten on Christmas morning. Last year, it brought holiday joy to over 13,000 children and provided more than 5,000 coats through its Coats for Kids program – making a difference in the lives of families Jack’s is proud to serve.
“At Jack’s, family and community are at the core of who we are. We will always be here to support our neighbors in need, especially as winter comes to Chattanooga,” said Jack’s Family Restaurants CEO Todd Bartmess.
